About the role
The Systems Software Senior Engineer is responsible for ensuring the functionality, stability, security, and continued improvement of TTEC’s enterprise systems environment. This role requires broad technical proficiency, strong ownership, and the ability to support a wide range of technologies, including areas outside a primary subject matter expertise.
What you'll do
- Provide senior-level engineering support and technical ownership for highly distributed, multi-domain Active Directory and hybrid identity environments
- Use AI-enabled productivity and engineering tools responsibly to improve troubleshooting, documentation, automation, analysis
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced PowerShell and script-based automation for operational tasks, reporting, remediation, configuration management
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support for Windows-based systems, core infrastructure services, identity platforms, messaging, endpoint management
- Analyze, design, and improve processes that increase operational maturity, reduce manual effort, improve service reliability
