About the role
This role is responsible for managing the QA team, defining and executing quality strategies, and ensuring products meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance. The successful candidate will partner closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Operations to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle, drive continuous improvement, and support timely, high-quality releases.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop the QA team, including coaching, performance management, and skills development
- Define, implement, and continuously improve QA strategies, processes, standards, and documentation
- Oversee manual and automated testing activities across the product lifecycle
- Monitor quality metrics, defect trends, and release readiness, and provide clear reporting to leadership
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure quality is built into product design, development, and delivery
