- Manage disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and employee misconduct cases as per established procedures
- Handle payroll administration, time office management, attendance monitoring, and related HR operations
- Lead Industrial Relations activities, including union interactions, dispute resolution, grievance handling, court cases, and litigation matters
