What you'll do
- Develop and industrialize new and advanced manufacturing processes , including low-cost automation solutions
- Lead/support installation, commissioning, debugging, validation, and troubleshooting of automated and special-purpose equipment
- Develop process specifications, tooling, fixtures, tool charts, work standards, and engineering documentation
- Design and develop tooling, fixtures, prototypes, and equipment concepts for new and existing processes
- Support APQP and new product launches , ensuring process and equipment readiness before SOP and production ramp-up
