About the role
We are seeking motivation and hands on Production Engineer to support shop floor manufacturing operations, ensure achievement of production targets, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. The role focuses on machine setup optimization, operator training, continuous improvement initiatives, and close coordination with supervisors to drive operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Look after the assigned production functions
- Ensure that desired production levels are achieved every month
- Ensure that requisite quality standards as well as 5-S and 3-C standards are adhered to
