What you'll do
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects at Patiala Pistons
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement
- Implement new operational efficiency initiatives, Idea Generation and Manage the same thru Wave
- Drive the development and implementation of Lean methodology
- Collaborate with teams and individuals to understand processes, and promote adoption of improvement measures
