What you'll do
- Responsible for mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines, ensuring machine accuracy, reliability, minimum downtime
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines
- Carry out spindle overhauling, bearing replacement, and precision alignment
- Inspect, repair, and replace ball screws and LM guides
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.• Perform machine geometry, alignment, backlash correction, and accuracy restoration
