About the role
Operation Manager will be responsible for Production related activities in plant. Responsible for day-to-day production cell planning & execution. Responsible for continues improvement activities in productions. Ensure production lines are running as per targeted cycle time, quality standards & safety.Responsible for New Project and ECN Management.
What you'll do
- Co-ordinate with PPC for daily production planning of cells
- Ensure all shop floors follow Personnel and Machine Safety standards
- Daily interactions with customer & representatives to ensure customer is having 2 days coverage of materials
- Monitoring & Review of Hourly / daily production of cells as per target with Team leaders & Group leaders
- Work with various departments to resolve production 4M loss issues which affect productivity & target of cells
