About the role
As Quality Manager, you lead the plant quality function to deliver zero-defect manufacturing, exceed customer expectations, and ensure compliance with OEM, IATF, and regulatory standards. You drive a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging robust quality systems, data-driven decision-making, and disciplined problem-solving.
What you'll do
- Lead the site quality function to consistently achieve world-class quality performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with OEM and industry standards
- Champion zero-defect manufacturing by driving proactive quality planning, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives across welding and assembly operations
- Lead customer quality management activities, including customer complaints, audits, issue resolution, and timely closure of corrective actions
- Ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO standards
- Drive defect reduction initiatives through structured problem-solving methodologies and implementation of Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) reduction strategies
