What you'll do
- Planning/ Organizing/ Analysis/ Coaching skills
- Continual improvement projects, 5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, Waste Management etc. to reduce the manufacturing costs and improve the part quality & productivities
- Daily downtime analysis, taking corrective and preventive actions, increasing productivity levels
- Identify the unsafe conditions and to prevent accident on shopfloor
- Adhere the routine preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment’s in shop floor
