Analysing the data in Capacity Plan and resource Planning Documents and making recommendation for improvements as appropriate. Identify the improvement opportunities such as Multiskilling or Time available for investment in People. Identify area of risks and highlight potential mitigation. Under guidance of Resource Planning Manager ensure budgetary requirement are accounted within own areas.
What you'll do
- Analysing the data in Capacity Plan and resource Planning Documents and making recommendation for improvements as appropriate
- Identify the improvement opportunities such as Multiskilling or Time available for investment in People
- Identify area of risks and highlight potential mitigation
- Provide guidance and support to Resource Planning Associates across 2 business areas and being accountable for accuracy for all data provided
- Mentoring Associate resource planning in Bengaluru and wider resourcing team as required
