Manage Fusion Systems (multiple modules) and deliver changes and resolution of escalated incidents Expert in Fusion Tax, Project Accounting, Fixed Asset, S2C (any 3) application configurations and operational support Responsible for managing BAU configurations for TESCO Development team Participate in agile Ceremonies and adhere to team processes.
What you'll do
- Manage Fusion Systems (multiple modules) and deliver changes and resolution of escalated incidents
- Participate in agile Ceremonies and adhere to team processes
- Liaising with internal IT along with the external Vendor to troubleshoot any Fusion related issue
- Analyzing the change request and taking into consideration the appropriate approvals wherein testing the solution and implementing the same
- Work with PM and business stakeholder in defining the application configuration
