About the role
If you’re a Purchasing Associate based in India, who has experience in Procurement or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations including procurement activities such as Purchase Order (PO) creation, GR processing, or supplier query management and strong knowledge of procurement tools such as SAP EEC, SAP S4 Hana, Ariba and Service Now, you might be seeing an opportunity that others aren’t.
What you'll do
- Execute transactional, replenishment activities in line with sourcing strategies and Ensures process compliance
- Create Purchase Orders basis approved Purchase Requisitions in agreement with the Purchasing Policy guidelines laid down by the Organization from time to time
- Order Confirmation with Suppliers for Critical Items only
- GRIR Reconciliation for the Indirect Purchases and ensure set targets are met
- House Keeping of the Aged Purchase Orders as per the guidelines defined by the Organization
