The Director, Employee Relations & Workplace Investigations, India will lead the employee relations and workplace investigations agenda across Teva’s India operations.

• Provide independent, consistent and professional oversight of complex employee relations matters, workplace concerns and investigations
• Lead and conduct complex, sensitive and high-risk workplace investigations across India
• Manage cases involving alleged harassment, bullying, retaliation, discrimination, management conduct, conflicts of interest, misuse of authority
