About the role
Responsible for ensuring operation, maintenance & reliability of all the non-manufacturing plant equipment, utilities, critical systems, assets including preventive/predictive maintenance, also be the in charge for coordinating with cross functional teams/departments in all shutdown and changeover activities.

- Lead operation and maintenance of electrical, water treatment and supply till user points, HVAC and related systems, nitrogen plant, compressors, chillers, boilers
- Responsible for improvement projects
