- Manage domestic and international shipments of research materials and samples, ensuring timely and compliant transportation, inventory management, documentation
- Coordinate with the Treasury team for GR (Guarantee Remittance) waivers for international shipment of research materials and ensure timely closure of the same
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers, customs agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted material availability for R&D operations
