Senior Test Engineer

About the role

This role owns production continuity and test health for released products, driving rapid resolution of manufacturing and yield issues while building a proactive sustaining system, working closely with various AT sites & engineers across globes. The engineer leads root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and cross-functional problem solving across design, quality, and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategies to continuously improve yield and reduce test cost across the product portfolio
• Identify trends and risks before they escalate, continuously improve the sustaining process (prioritization, escalation, closure, and automation)
• Partner closely with Test, Product, Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to close complex issues and build a structured feedback loop that transfers…
• Establish clear ownership and accountability within the sustaining team and develop the team's technical problem-solving capabilities
