About the role
Safely light, operate, and maintain the high-temperature clay oven (tandoor) to achieve proper smoky flavors and textures. Marinate meats, seafood, paneer, and vegetables using traditional yogurt-based sauces and spice blends. Grill and bake items such as tandoori chicken, tikka, seekh kebabs, naan, and rotis to perfection.
