About the role
Thales India Engineering Competency Center in Bangalore is seeking a HW Test bench Lead- maintenance role. In this role, you will manage Test Bench/ Automated Test Equipments’ maintenance and sustenance activities, which includes conducting scheduled maintenance procedure, inspecting, and troubleshooting test bench equipment.
What you'll do
- As a maintenance engineer you will be responsible for undertaking periodic maintenance procedure and ensure the test system / bench are reliable
- Identify faults, efficiency and safety issues
- Respond to equipment breakdowns, provide first line diagnostic and arrange repairs or replacements
- Execute functional tests and validate the results against established standards
- Perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
