About the role
We are seeking an experienced TechOps III professional to join our Technology Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, performance, and security of production systems. You will lead complex operational initiatives, automate infrastructure and operational processes, troubleshoot critical production issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform stability and scalability.
What you'll do
- Manage and support mission-critical production environments with high availability and reliability
- Monitor application, infrastructure, and platform health using enterprise monitoring tools
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Develop automation scripts and workflows to reduce manual operational tasks
- Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and configuration management best practices
