About the role
The Associate – Monitoring & Evaluation will be responsible for embedding evidence and learning within TAF’s Odisha program, enabling data-driven decision-making across all maternal and child health interventions. Reporting directly to the Director, Odisha Programme, the role carries direct visibility and a clear voice in how the program measures, learns, and course-corrects.
What you'll do
- Set up systems to collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, generating actionable insights for program and government reviews
- External and internal stakeholder management and reporting
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, and management reports, data and policy briefs that make progress visible and decisions easier
- Prepare donor and internal progress reports accurately and on time
- Coordinate with external partners on data and evidence workstreams where required
