About the role
The Program Officer – Training & Implementation leads health systems strengthening work in the district, planning the district programme, coordinating with officials, and ensuring interventions are implemented and monitored on the ground.
What you'll do
- Coordinate with district and block officials on implementation, building government ownership of interventions
- Attend sector, block, and district-level meetings, keeping programme priorities visible within government review platforms
- Provide facility-level inputs for NQAS, QIC, BQAC, and DQAC meetings, supporting facility quality certification work
- Monitor activities and support quality improvement at facilities, identifying systemic gaps early
- Track district data and report progress accurately and on time
