Senior Reporting QA & Data Validation Analyst (RCM)

About the role

The Senior Reporting Quality Assurance & Data Validation Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reports across healthcare practice management systems, electronic health records (EHRs), billing platforms, and internal reporting solutions.

What you'll do

• Reconcile reported figures against source systems, including EHRs, practice management platforms, billing applications, internal databases, and automated extracts
• Perform record-level and aggregate-level checks to identify missing, duplicate, inaccurate, or inconsistent data
• Verify calculations, business rules, filters, date ranges, and metric definitions across financial, operational, productivity, and revenue cycle reports
• Investigate differences involving posting dates, transaction dates, adjustments, voids, refunds, and reporting cutoffs
• Trace discrepancies through data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes, working with analysts, developers
