This role provides operational leadership across multiple specialised roles, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely maintenance of provider data across core platforms including PRM, PIMS, Globalcare, Actisure, Mainframe and Diamond.
What you'll do
- People Leadership & Capability Management
- Provide direct line management to: Data Integration Developers
- Quality Auditors – Provider Data Quality
- Set clear objectives, performance expectations, and development plans aligned to Data Enablement strategy
- Coach, mentor, and upskill team members, ensuring strong technical capability, quality mindset, and role clarity
