About the role
The Integration Platform Leader will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for International Health's Integration Platform capability. The role will lead the evolution of the current integration engineering function into a product-oriented platform organization focused on all forms of integration such as APIs, middleware, event-driven, file-based, and data integration capabilities.
What you'll do
- Drive platform modernization, simplification, and technology evolution, reducing technical debt while enabling cloud, data, digital, and AI initiatives
- Partner with business, product, architecture, engineering, and operations leaders to prioritize, fund
- Build and develop a high-performing global engineering organization while fostering product thinking, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Establish and govern integration engineering standards, security controls, resilience, and operational practices to ensure reliable, scalable
- Own platform outcomes including adoption, reliability, security, cost efficiency, delivery acceleration, and overall business value realization
