Cross collaborates with members of the team from various functions e.g., data scientist, data analyst, data governance, technology, engineering, Quality Analysts, product owners etc. and bring them together as “One Team” to drive outcomes. Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
