About the role
We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead engineering delivery for a mission-critical Contact Center technology platform , with a primary focus on platform engineering (ReactJS + Java/Spring Boot + microservices) and equal depth in AI/GenAI engineering (Python + LLMs) .
What you'll do
- Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade UI and backend services using ReactJS and Java/Spring Boot .Drive microservices architecture , API design
- GenAI / AI Engineering
- Design and build LLM-powered applications using Python for enterprise use cases (e.g., agent assist, summarization, knowledge retrieval
- Production Reliability & Operational Excellence
- Own production stability for both platform and AI components; lead incident triage, root cause analysis
