About the role
You are qualified Company Secretary and/or have a degree in Law. You have 3+ years of experience in corporate secretarial practice. You have experience in provision corporate services to international clients Fluent in English (written and spoken) Flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills
What you'll do
- Prepare and review legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle, i.e. from company incorporation through to dissolution
- Perform and/or monitor statutory filings with local authorities
- Ensure that client’s, local, international and industry specific requirements are met and legal updates are shared
- Maintain data and ensure proper reporting
