Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Experience delivering onboarding and process-level training and supporting structured knowledge transfer, with the ability to explain operational and system processes clearly.
What you'll do
- Translate operational procedures, process updates and system enhancements into practical training and knowledge-sharing materials
- Deliver onboarding, introductory and process-level training covering operational procedures, recurring tasks, documentation standards and system navigation
- Maintain training records, attendance logs, feedback trackers, version control and completion monitoring, and support scheduling and invitations for training programmes
- Maintain approved training and process documentation within designated knowledge management repositories, ensuring information remains accurate and accessible
- Maintain a proactive internal customer focus, provide practical support to trainees, reviewers and managers
