About the role
We are seeking an exceptional founding CEO to build and lead the Gujarat Growth Accelerator. Success will be measured by policy impact and tangible improvements in Gujarat's growth trajectory and job creation.
What you'll do
- Build and lead an outstanding multidisciplinary team with a culture of analytical rigour, entrepreneurship and impact
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations across manufacturing, exports, infrastructure, urbanisation, ease of doing business, skills, innovation
- Translate analysis into implementable reforms and support government in advancing priority initiatives
- Partner extensively with leading think tanks, research institutions and universities, leveraging existing knowledge instead of duplicating it
- Represent GGA in public forums and with philanthropic, academic and industry stakeholders
