About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Founding CEO to establish and lead Haryana Rising. The role combines institution building, rigorous policy analysis, stakeholder engagement and implementation support. Success will be measured by tangible policy reforms and improvements in Haryana's growth trajectory, beginning with Gurugram's urban transformation.
What you'll do
- Recruit, develop and inspire a multidisciplinary team of exceptional professionals
- Build evidence-based policy recommendations drawing on global and Indian best practices
- Translate analysis into practical reforms and implementation roadmaps for government
- Develop trusted partnerships with GMDA, MCG, state departments, industry, philanthropies, universities and leading think tanks
- Help develop data dashboards, pilot initiatives and monitoring mechanisms to support reform implementation
