About the role
You will research talent markets, map organisations and teams, build high-quality candidate pools and longlists and maintain a ready database of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
What you'll do
- Research Notes: Provide TA team with concise information on candidate backgrounds, talent pools and relevant market observations
- What good looks like (first 90 days)
- Have strong attention to detail and are comfortable working with large amounts of information
- Are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (filters, pivots, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS; regex is a plus) and comfortable using LinkedIn and online research tools
- Can organise information systematically and identify patterns from your research
