About the role
We are looking to hire an exceptional Program Lead (PL) to anchor our efforts in the area of Human Capital Development by providing strategic and operational support to various projects. This would involve working with the senior leadership of The Convergence Foundation in diagnosing opportunities and developing hypotheses.
What you'll do
- Strategy & Opportunity Identification
- Build investment cases and strategic roadmaps for new initiatives and institutions
- Portfolio Building & Support
- Explore and shape new partnerships, incubations and institution-building opportunities
- Support central and state governments on high-priority reforms in education through policy design, technical assistance, programme management and implementation support
