About the role
GATI is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Private Sector Engagement (Maharashtra) to lead industry partnerships and employer engagement across Maharashtra. The Program Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with companies, industry associations, employers, chambers of commerce, sector bodies, and ecosystem partners to expand participation in GATI's workforce mobility initiatives.
What you'll do
- Build and manage strategic relationships with employers, industry associations, chambers of commerce, sector councils, and private sector organizations across Maharashtra
- Identify and onboard companies interested in participating in international workforce mobility and global talent initiatives
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to expand GATI's employer and industry network
- Business Development & Industry Engagement
