• ETA (Extract, Transform and Analyze) company level survey information into a SPSS database for standardized analysis (level one and level two) for our major benchmark…
• Support client projects with high quality client deliverables
• Work closely with management in various processes / projects to ensure communication and smooth implementation
• Ensure Turn Around Time (TAT) targets for all requests are met
• Ownership of deliverables going out from Functional team to clients
