Responsible for end‑to‑end production planning and scheduling for in-house manufacturing and co‑packing partners, ensuring demand fulfilment through optimal capacity utilization, strong cross-functional coordination, and robust MIS reporting while driving plan adherence, inventory health, and service performance.
What you'll do

- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with demand forecast and capacity
- Ensure production plan adherence, optimize changeovers, and improve scheduling efficiency Coordinate with co-packers for capacity planning, scheduling
- Generate MIS reports and dashboards (plan adherence, OEE, IRM, inventory, losses) for performance tracking
