What you'll do

• Facilitate learning with subject expertise while remaining approachable and supportive
• Use varied pedagogical strategies — lectures, presentations, collaborative learning, experiential tasks, research-based inquiry, and technology integration
• Maintain effective classroom management that builds mutual respect
• Develop subject confidence and critical thinking skills among students
• Guide students in research work, Internal Assessments (IA), and Extended Essays (EE), ensuring adherence to academic integrity
