About the role
Providing onsite IT support to staff, students, and departments. Maintaining and ensuring the smooth functioning of campus-level IT infrastructure, systems, and services . Acting as the first point of contact for IT issues at the campus. Coordinating with the IT Lead and IT Head to implement policies, projects, and standards.
What you'll do
- (include but not limited to)
- Provide timely IT support to staff and students for systems, devices, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, projectors, biometrics, CCTV, and classroom technology
- Support smart classrooms, Google Classroom, ERP systems, and digital assessments
- Perform student laptop audits and ensure safe usage and compliance with IT policies
