What you'll do
- Develop detailed work schedules, material plans and execution strategies before project kickoff
- Ensure work is carried out exactly as per drawings, specifications, structural requirements and approved materials
- Identify reliable contractors, suppliers, architects and consultants based on past performance, quality and financial stability
- Prepare BOQs, tenders, RFQs and compare technical and commercial proposals for finalization
- Negotiate timelines, costs and scope changes with strong focus on value engineering
