About the role
The/Nudge Institute is partnering with the Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission (TRLM), Rural Development Department, Government of Tripura, to promote the adoption of the Graduation Approach (Economic Inclusion Program) for supporting extremely vulnerable households in achieving sustainable and dignified livelihoods.
What you'll do
- Own the implementation and outcomes of the program
- Provide leadership and managerial support to the field team, mainly to the Block professionals
- Manage Block professionals to ensure quality implementation on the ground through regular meetings and field visits
- Develop process and system for onboarding and capacity building of Block professionals
- Develop process and system for regular monitoring and cont. feedback
