The People & Culture team at The Nudge helps in acquiring and nurturing the right talent to meet the organization's objectives. What you'll do
- Develop a talent & people-first culture in achieving the organisation’s vision and mission
- Own and lead the overall vision and strategy for the People & Culture team at The/Nudge
- Manage and coach a team towards their growth and development to meet the growing needs of the organisation
- Build a strategy to attract talent which improves the talent density at The/Nudge
- Build a community of action-oriented, purpose-aligned individuals for solving social problems
