About the role
Consultant, InSight team, will support the State Project Management Unit (SPMU) in Jhajjar, Haryana, in implementing the InSight Program in collaboration with the Government of Haryana- SRLM and Health System & AIIMS Delhi. The role will focus on coordination, documentation, field support, and basic program tracking, monitoring to ensure quality execution of screening and distribution of near-vision glasses.
What you'll do
- Support State Leads in day-to-day program coordination activities
- Assist in tracking implementation of project activities as per the Project Implementation Plan (PIP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SoP)
- Coordinate with district and block-level teams for follow-ups and data collection
- Provide logistical and coordination support for training sessions and capacity-building activities
- Assist in organizing district or regional-level meetings and events
