About the role
The/Nudge is working with the Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRLM), Government of Assam, to help increase adoption of the graduation approach/ economic inclusion program by targeting 14000 multidimensionally poor households through community institutions. As part of this effort, a State Project Management Unit (SPMU) is set up at ASRLM, Guwahati, to help the Government of Assam to implement the Samaveshi Aajeevika Yojana (SAY).
What you'll do
- Track key outcome indicators and ensure adherence to monitoring frameworks, reporting formats, and timelines
- Analyze field-level and MIS data to identify trends, performance gaps, and implementation challenges, and recommend corrective actions
- Generate analytical reports and actionable insights to inform program strategy, decision-making, and operational improvements
- Coordinate and maintain data tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting tools using appropriate data visualization platforms
- Design training materials in coordination with SPMU
