About the role
The/Nudge is working with the Government of Odisha and The Odisha Livelihoods Mission, to help increase adoption of the graduation approach/Economic Inclusion Program by targeting Most Vulnerable Rural Women, PVTG Families prone to distress migration.
What you'll do
- Own the implementation and outcomes of the program
- Provide leadership and managerial support to the field team, mainly to the District and Block professionals
- Manage District and Block professionals to ensure quality implementation on the ground through regular meetings and field visits
- Develop process and system for onboarding and capacity building of District and Block professionals
- Develop process and system for regular monitoring and cont. feedback
