About the role
Assist the Pastry Chef and senior pastry team with daily pastry and bakery production. Prepare ingredients such as fruits, chocolates, creams, fillings, doughs, and batters according to recipes. Produce pastries, cakes, desserts, cookies, breads, and other bakery items as instructed. Apprenticeship under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) at The Suryaa New Delhi.
