About the role
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: Design, develop, test, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions for predictive analytics, classification, recommendation, anomaly detection, forecasting, and other business use cases.
What you'll do
- Build Generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI solutions, including conversational assistants, ML models, intelligent search, and multi-step intelligent workflows
- Develop and optimize models, prompts, embeddings, retrieval strategies, and AI architecture based on accuracy, quality, latency, cost, security, explainability
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable AI services, APIs, data and feature pipelines
- Implement MLOps and GenAIOps practices, including CI/CD, model and prompt versioning, experiment tracking, automated deployment, rollback, and lifecycle management
- Establish production monitoring and evaluation to track model performance, data and prediction drift, groundedness, bias, data quality, reliability, safety, usage, cost
