About the role
The Head of India Talent Acquisition for TD leads the execution, management, and overall performance of experienced hire recruitment in India. They will personally handle a selection of senior and specialized roles, as well as manage local recruiters in India – which may be comprised of FTE, Contractors, Consultants and RPO resources, and will be ultimately responsible for all hiring in India.

- Lead all recruitment efforts in India – inclusive of RPO employees, Contractors, and FTEs
