What you'll do
- Assist in day-to-day compensation administration including job evaluations, salary offers, and internal equity reviews
- Support annual compensation processes such as merit increases, bonus programs, and long-term incentives
- Ensure compliance with local compensation and benefits regulations
- Prepare reports and dashboards for compensation and benefits -related metrics and trends
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of C&B operations
