About the role
We are looking for a Facility & Maintenance Executive to ensure smooth and reliable facility and maintenance operations at the plant. The individual will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown management, plant utilities, infrastructure, facility operations and vendor coordination, ensuring minimum downtime and a safe, functional workplace.
What you'll do
- Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure timely closure of identified issues
- Ensure availability and proper maintenance of essential facility services
- Execute and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Attend to equipment/facility breakdowns and ensure timely restoration
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, checklists and maintenance records
