About the role
This isn't a desk role. You'll work across new product launches and special projects including optimizing cost, process, and machine improvement — end to end, from recipe finalisation to commercial productions.
What you'll do
- Lead scale-up of finalized formulations from lab to commercial production
- Identify suitable manufacturing lines, machinery, and process flow for new products
- Assess machinery requirements and coordinate equipment validation and production trials at manufacturing/co-manufacturer sites
- Define and implement QA/QC standards for raw materials, in-process controls, and finished products
- Validate packaging formats and conduct transit, handling, and shelf-life trials
